Invasion of the Blog Snatchers
I have noticed something odd lately. When I click on some blogs on my links list I find that have dissappeared and been replaced by a page full of links to porn sites. I wonder why this is happening. Belle, if you are reading this (www.ariike.blogspot.com) your blog is one of those that has been taken over. Has anyone else noticed this?
I have quickly backed up my blogs as a word document just in case mine get taken over too.

Oh yes, this happened to me on day, boy that taught me a big lesson cause i was at work. I have this habit of going from blog site to the other from links of my favourites blogs (I got yours from Orenotes). I cant rememeber the exact one i clicked but I was so scared, the porn site opened up and it froze on my sreen, it refused to close, i had to quickly power of my computer. My company will have a record of that now and it really scares me. From that day on, i only go to the blogs that i already know, and will do it even with caution now that.

It seems before the blogs are taken over, they start posting crazy info and link on the "comment page" and after a while they take over the blog all in all ... the more reason why blogs should be updated often.

i think it happens when someone shuts down their blog. all the other times that this has happened, that was always the case. sad to see another blogger go out, but thats life. how's my Godchild doing? (don't play like you don't know that i will be a God-parent, even if it is only in this blog-world.

zrqwahcnI am with Olawunmi on this one. This only happens when the blogger either deletes his/her blog or moves it to another adress.
