Thank You’s and some Weekly Challenge Fun

Thank you to everyone who participated in the ‘Letters to My Younger Self’ self- discovery challenge. I was hoping for a much bigger response but I guess it takes time for stuff like this to grow on people.

Feedback was that much fun was had and the writers enjoyed the soul searching journey it took them on. So following on from this  …..

I thought how exciting it will be to turn this into a regular thing which any and everyone can participate in.

The general concept is that every week a prompt/subject will be posted here and we’ll all have a week to mull over it and post something about it on our blogs. The prompt will appear on a particular day (say every Wednesday) and the posts will be put up a week later.

The motivation behind it to have some fun and to provide anyone who enjoys writing (or is suffering from writers block) with inspiration. It is could also be, sometimes, a journey of self discovery.

But here’s the catch – this weekly ‘challenge’ needs YOU to succeed. So if you’re up for it then leave a comment and depending on the response I get, I’ll go ahead and start putting something together.

So if you’ve never done something like this before and would like to muck in, here’s your chance!!
