Aches and Pains

Goodness, I have never felt so awful. I am a mass of aches and pains. And because I am never ill, this has really knocked me for six. I have spent virtually the whole day in bed - sans my Sudoku I hasten to add - still don't know if I'll be able to make it into work tomorrow. It's really getting on my nerves being out of action like this.
